Older Swaro EL vs Leica

I have a set of Swarovski EL that we’re purchased around 2007 I think. I’ve been thinking about selling them and trying some Leica Trinovid. No real reason other than I’m bored and have always wanted to try Leica. Would those binos be a downgrade/upgrade/lateral move from 13-15 year old Swarovski?

IMO, the Trinovid will feel nicer in your hand and be slightly lighter and smaller, however, if you're looking for an optical difference I think you'll be spinning your wheels for no reason

That was what I was thinking in terms of optical quality. Still might do it just to try something new though.
