OnX vs Basecamp

Heading to CO for 2nd rifle. Have always used OnX for mapping. Downloaded Basecamp for the heck of it. Basecamp shows a large private tract right where I was planning on camping and OnX shows nothing. How do I confirm which is correct?

You should be able to click on it and see what the contact info is, if the area is private.

Also, try the walk in hunting areas layer on BaseMap to see if there is a walk in access area where is supposedly shows private.

I used both for years but prefer BaseMap due to the better maps and clarity.

I’d love to help you further by telling you what I see on my map but asking someone where they’re hunting is bad juju..
