Opinions on this $67 3-mile range optic?

Just got an ad for this on my tablet. I clicked it and it seems legit. Couldnt a person actually hunt with this and not drop 3k on Swarovskis? I don't know nothing (about nothing), I'm just asking because I'm curious.
