Not yet. The state is requesting that as a part of his bond conditions. As far as I can tell an order has not yet been entered. I believe it will be heard on 12/21.

Will a small claims be necessary to get your money back or would your documentation to Mr. Maxwell be sufficient? I guess I can ask Mr. Maxwell, but he is handing off the case.

With so many victims and so little assets, no one but his attorney will get any money, especially since he will spend quite a while in jail after his conviction(s).

Mr Maxwell indicated that he has sufficient funds to make restitution. If his accounts are frozen he can't access the $$$ to pay an attorney I don't think.

I made sure and posted some stuff on FB comments, zero erasures so far. Some guys were trying to order, wouldn’t go through so sounds like his CC account is not accepting payments for sure, that’s a good start!

His site wasn't accepting CC payments several months ago. I'm surprised that they don't have his website impaired.
