Hey guys
I have drawn a goat tag for bc. Just wondering if I need to upgrade my optics. I have a Swarovski EL 10x42 Binos 20-60x80 vortex viper spotter
Tripod is a compact medium.
I’m thinking of buying a 60 mm Swarovski HD spotter.
Would appreciate any advice
Thanks

Your binos are already top of the line, and if the goats are there it usually isn't hard to spot them until it snows. The spotting scope you have will definitely work, but going to the 65mm will cut weight. The Swaro scope might help you ID billy vs nanny from farther away. I would make sure I had a great pack, boots, rain gear & a range finder before upgrading the glass you have.

Nothing wrong with what you have. Will work fine.

All depends on how much cash you have to swap things about. The 65mm Swaro will be clearer than the Viper and lighter, but what you have is good enough
