You indicate you are missing the side attachment. Is this both the attachment piece that goes on the bow sight and the one that goes on the carbon rod of the quiver? I ask because I don't see the attachment piece on the carbon rod that is needed for the side attachment that goes on the bow.

You are correct, both of those components are missing. I never bothered to use them.
