OR Ferrosi Pants sizing

Looking at trying a pair of Outdoor Research Ferrosi pants and don't have any local places where I can try them on. I'm going to take a shot buying online. I've read a lot of reviews that say the waist is too big. Can anyone help me here. I wear Columbia Silver Ridge convertible pants in 36 waist and 32 length. I'm a 35/36 waist in Prana Zions. Can anyone with experience with these brands help me out?

One size down from zions in the waist measurement worked for me. 31 zions (and most jeans, 32 Sitka pants), I needed 30” ORs.

I find that they run true to size maybe slightly loose in the waist than my other pants. It's not significant though. I'd go with the 35.
