Do you think it fits true to size? Also, I know it’s a rain jacket, but would you consider it a loud one? Thanks

I'd say it fits true to size. I wear large in just about everything except Carhartt (depending on the piece, either medium or large in that) and the OR jacket fits about how you'd expect.
As far as noise, I didn't think it was a loud as some, but I also owned a Kuiu Yukon years ago, and it definitely wasn't as quiet as that lol. That said, I've worn this during a couple hunts (just in stands, blinds,etc down South) and it is fairly quiet, as far as rain jackets go.
