Outdoorsmans customer service shout out

Just thought i should give the out doorsmans customer service a shout out for how great they handled my situation. I have started using their bino adapter system a few years ago. I recently bought something from them that showed up missing components. It was not there problem (other brands product) and i knew going into it that it was not a very believable story that the item wasnt in the package. But off of past hustory with them Im assuming, they took my word and sent me a knew item no charge and had it shipped within 2 hours of contacting them.
It seems only hunting companys have any good customer service these days as ive had great experiences with Exo, Vortex, Kifaru, Sitka and now Outdoorsmans. Every other store like walmart or target has been horrible. Thanks tomthose companys for being great.
