Outdoorsmans pistol grip or ?

Need a new tripod head and I'm leaning towards the Outdoorsmans pistol grip, just curious if I should be looking at others also. I've been using a Manfrotto pistol grip for years and it's time to upgrade. I'll be using Swaro 15s , no spotter.

The pistol grip is a great head and can handle 15's. Another good option is the Outdoorsmans pan head. Fatrascal.

I love the pistol grip. But I will be sending mine in to get rebuild for the second time in three years. I use mine more than most and I do use the 65 atx on it sometimes. You will probably get better life out of yours just running 15s.

I don't think anything is better than the PG for binoculars.
