Having made many purchases over the years from the company, some I have really enjoyed, some not so much, I wanted to give them credit. Any time I have a question about a product, issue, return etc and I call not only do you get a real person to talk to, it is always someone who knows there products. Good customer service seems to be a thing of the past, and I appreciate what they do.

I’ll second that. They’ve been great to deal with. Swarovski failed to put the bino stud back in a pair of my ELs when I sent them in for cleaning. I emailed Outdoorsman’s (because I didn’t want to wait 2 months sending them back to Swarovski) and they told me it happens frequently, to send them in and they'd take care of it. No charge. They’ve been timely and thorough in their responses to other questions I’ve had as well. Solid company for sure.
