Peak design and Outdoorsmans Pan

Just picked up an Olympus camera and I was planning to simply run it strictly on an outdoorsmans pan head, however I read that if your camera is in your pack you will not use it! So I ordered the peak design capture to run on my pack. Now just trying to figure out how to make it work with the pan head without having to swap attachments! Any insight would be appreciated!

I guess I have to order their dual plate! Btw thanks for the camera! Do you know when Olympus is holding their wildlife shooting course?
