As a FYSA. Looks like NAK is appealing the pebble mine decision, and the USACE has accepted the appeal and is currently reviewing it. Anticipate up to 90 days for word on what way this is going. I haven't seen it hit mainstream news yet, just the market news sources as NAK stock spiked over the news.
Personal opinion: probably no chance it succeeds, but like all things Pebble, its another sign that this mine is definetly not dead for good.
