Jumped on here to get some insight. Trying to sort through the good information and all of the preferrences.

I primarily hunt whitetail in PA and Maryland with some small game thrown in.

This fall I'm going to West Central Montana for a mule deer/ elk combo.

Any other South East PA guys on here?

Took me a minute to realize who CDroot was. We will have to catch up here before too long. Headed out with the inlaws, guided rifle trip. I'd like to try the self guided archery in Wyoming as the next Western but one step at a time for now.

Welcome Witter. As Buck said it can be very addictive. My brother and I have gone on 2 DIY OTC archery elk hunts in Co. Cant wait to go back. Lots of good info here and other podcasts. Btw- I go to church with your parents. Maybe you've already seen Jeff's bull!
