Phone Skope and Leupold Gold Ring

I have an Iphone 6 that I used the C2 custom mount using a New Trent Trentium Case and paired with a custom Leupold Gold Ring 12-40 60mm scope mount. I am having a lot of trouble getting it to stay in place. Phone skope has been great in getting back to me and I've sent them some pics of my set up, but I wanted to see if anyone on here has the same issue or any help that could make it more stable.

Basically, when I slide it onto the scope it stays in position for about 5 seconds then slowly slides out of view. I put a red line where I am having the trouble. I've tried to mount it with the phone vertically and it does the same thing.

Have you tried your phone in a vertical position also?

I have tried it in the vertical position and it does the exact same thing. thank you though.

I had to put some electrical tape over the lip of the phoneskope to get mine to stay. Works great now.
