I’m looking for a good/great gunsmith in the Pittsburgh PA area that someone recommends. I want to install a muzzle break on a browning ABolt. Thank you.

Bruno is closer to Pittsburgh than green. I was hoping to get one in a suburb of Pittsburgh.

Fred Carper did one for me. He is located on route 40 outside of Washington PA, not far off 79. I'm happy with his work.

Dave Bruno and don’t look back. I’ve built 7 rifles with him. All are hammers. Great guy to deal with. He builds an incredible ultralite rifle if you’re ever in the market. He’s located up in Dayton Pa. about 45min up route 28 from fox chapel. His number is 814-257-8089

Borden makes an incredible custom action. Probably on par with BAT machine. I’m not sure how much actual gunsmithing he does though. Bruno does it all. Chambering, bedding, crowning, barrel threading, muzzle brakes, etc I can’t recommend more highly 6F794C3E-3ED8-40E3-B06C-A61ECF42B742.jpegB4117523-9A7A-42C7-B3FF-F35771DCA57E.jpeg6358068B-3FB7-4996-B3E0-9A2932B24433.jpegCB4D0625-3A8C-45FE-99A0-CDF723CBA76A.jpeg6C8567BB-83A1-4618-94E3-C458D652D223.jpeg7F831428-4D02-4617-B7C6-699D490194B7.jpeg032821E5-659D-49A4-8EC6-4307B5F99D69.jpeg034AB052-14E6-490F-861F-A2297F1A7254.jpeg

Here is a muzzle brake Dave made himself for a gun I’m having him build right now. 2014521F-06CD-4691-A797-F34C347FA36F.pngHe also made me a cap Incase I don’t want the brake on to save my ears while doing load development. He turns down the barrel, brake, and cap for a seamless transition. He’s the man dude
