PM and new thread post notifications

Looking for some help on this. Haven't been getting the regular email notification emails when I get a pm or someone responds to a thread I'm subscribed to. Checked my settings and they seem to be set correctly. Missed some feedback on items I had in the classifieds.

Could a mod give me a hand on this?
