Pnuma tenacity sizing

I have heard a lot of good things about the tenacity pants and with the sale they are having I thought it would be a good time to test them out. The pnuma site says the pants run large so I am trying to figure out what size to order. My kuiu attacks are 34” and fit great, FL mediums are too small and normal denim pants are 33 and 34”. Since pnuma offers 32” and 34” which should I get?
