Point of impact shift question.

I was at the range yesterday shooting at 20 yards. My point of impact was about 1" low and 1" right very consistently.

I started shooting the edge of the target to check windage, and my impact was dead on.

I then shot at the top of the paper to check elevation. Also dead on.

Then I went back to shooting the 3 spot and my impact was the same 1" low and 1" right.....

What the heck?! Any suggestions?

Most likely it's just you.
Go shoot again and see what happens before overthinking it and chasing an issue that doesn't exist.
