Preference Points Question

Hello all,

Was wondering, what all states allow you to purchase preference points out right? Much like wyoming (which i am already buying them for)

Colorado, you can apply for a preference point, but you have to send in the amount of a tag and wait for the draw, then you get most of the money back.

Colorado has a previous year license requirement or a penalty. Utah requires a current license than you can buy points

Pretty much every state except Idaho and New Mexico.. Most make you buy a license 1st though

If applying in Utah write down the date you bought your license. Apply before that date as they last for one year. In effect you can buy it every other year doing the PP game.
