Problem with Armslist membership upgrade?

Couple of weeks ago I went to message a seller on Armslist and saw that I now needed a paid subscription to post/message.

I entered my credit card info, etc. and have had a "pending upgrade" now for more than 3 weeks. After one week I tried contacting Armslist through their customer service portal and haven't heard anything. I also tried changing my billing info with a new card...nothing. Seems like I'm stuck in limbo.

Has anybody else encountered this? If you were able to get it resolved, how did you manage to do so?
