I don't have any experience with the arrows you are asking about.
Years ago I shot PSE radial weave arrows, they were pretty good. It seems someone copied them, or they copied someone else. One or both went off the market. I can't remember the whole story. Seems like the trophy ridge arrows might have copied them.
Hard to tell from the discription what exactly they are. I'd be curious what they are using for components, seems likely the Easton hit system. Might be really good, might be a waste.

I bought a dozen PSE small diameter shafts a few years back and by the time I got done building them I had culled a third. They were fine for poking holes in 3D targets but the straightness left something to be desired and the half outs weren’t super consistent on weight. These were not a premium shaft, so YMMV.
