Sold Pulsar helion xp 50

I have a helion xp 50 version 1 in good shape, only reason I am getting rid of it is I got a helion 2 xp 50 and to my eyes it is just slightly better. Comes with soft case, cable, charger, 1- ips 7 battery, manual ready to go. (Don't have the cardboard box or lanyard in the pic)

Looking for 3200 shipped or would trade for:
Swarovski nl pure 12's or 12x50 el's with cash. Also looking for some range finding binoculars that are top end (leica, zeiss maybe the new swaro)

Have references on here and can have Ryan verify the optic.
