Let me start out saying I wish they pack company's would make a orange pull out cover to attach to your pack when hiking in or out. Do you guys just take a extra orange vest and attach it to the pack? Noticed last year when you have a orange vest and hat on with your pack on your back it's hard to see the blaze orange from the back

That's exactly what I do, cheap orange vest. If I end up killing something I hang the vest next to me while I quarter and debone.

Thanks you all I didn't even know they made these panels. I must have been living under a rock

This has worked out well for me. I often times put my puffy jacket in the zippered panel. With the puffy in there I occasionally use it as a seat pad as well.

Oh yeah, also has a gun holder that zips out. Pretty nice day pack and didn't cost several hundred $.

Kifaru makes a blaze orange Sherman pocket. I had the member @Pods make me a blaze orange knock off organizer pocket. It’s added safety in todays woods.

I have an orange sherman pocket on my kifaru 44 mag. It's more so I can find the damn the thing after I put it down for stalks, but I love it.

I use a old orange vest that has some tree pattern on it, mostly bc that one is fleece and helps keep my seek pack bag a little quieter moving through brush.

Does anybody know the actual “volume” (cubic inches or liters) of this panel?

I always have extra orange sweatshirts in the truck, and usually take one in case I need it while hunting. I just tie it to the pack.

Is the orange lib and blaze orange or a dark orange? I have seen reviews that it's a dark orange

It’s not as “blaze” as some of my other gear, but it is orange enough that it will no doubt distinguish me as a human and not a deer.

In the desert it’ll still stick out like a boner in sweatpants.

I use an orange aglow panel on my pack like listed above and usually bring an extra super small and light orange vest to cover antlers, turkey heads, or anything else I’m worried makes me a target.

Even in no orange required seasons, I always have em in my pack. Bow hunting last year, I came through some brush and another hunter was on full draw on me at 25yds. Not a great feeling and I’ll say i wish I had all my orange on in that moment.
