What is the advantage of eliminating the use of the Berger hole. Does this rest help you align your center shot better, or require less tuning?

I have one, and am not impressed for the cost. It is a easier install (slightly). It is more secure, and repeatable if removed. I like mine, but wouldn't buy another at the much higher price point that it is.

My $0.2

It eliminates the need to level the rest. The launcher is aluminum, not plastic like all the other QAD's.
I bought the standard one. I like the rail mount but IMO it wasn't worth an extra $100.

Strength and security, although I can't say I've had issues with the berger button mount style. I don't like QAD rests, so it bummed me out that Hoyt went with that as their flagship.

It eliminates the ability to torque tune your rest and gives you the ability decrease accuracy at various distances, if that's your thing.
