Question on Zoleo Suspension

I am looking into the Zoleo and see that there is a $4/month suspension fee. That seems a little expensive to me. Does anyone know if there is a way to just deactivate it and then pay another $20 activation fee when I need to use it? Seems like I could, I would just have a different phone number and email address through them. I am fine with that. I would just make sure my wife has the new number.

yup ... thats about it. $4 is cheap suspension when you keep the number and email address ... just saying
