Rain pant alterations/hemming.

Anyone have their rain pants or puffys hemmed? I've spoken to 2 local tailors and neither would do the work because of the zippers down the legs of both and the insulation in the puffy. I have a 30" inseam and dealing with this sort of thing is becoming a nuisance. Anyone know of a good online company that does alterations on outdoor gear?
