Rancho Safari not responding...

Has anyone heard if the owner or Rancho Safari as a company is having some sort of problems? I placed an order, tried to cancel it 4-5 days later and could not reach anyone by phone or email with multiple attempts. Then, the package showed up too late for the hunt so I had to buy these few items elsewhere before the hunt (primarily a cat quiver, but had also bought a ghillie). Been trying to reach them for weeks about a return (painful after paying $45 shipping) with no response. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that they're having temporary issues but I don't know how a company stays in business these days with that kind of customer service or return policy. Anyway, stay tuned...I may list a few new items soon on rokslide classifieds
