Range finder suggestions

I picked up a brand new Bushnell Prime 1300 for $80 last year. Nothing fancy, but it ranges quick and accurately every time out to 1300 yards. Ran it next to my buddies Leica 3500.com and for simply quickly ranging things out to 1300 yards, I actually preferred the bushnell. It almost seems like they put a governer on it because it ranges easily and perfectly to upper 1300’s but nothing beyond.
