Reckoning question: included compression kit?

Hi all,

I got my reckoning, frame, etc. yesterday, love it. Looks like the guide lid compression kit was not included and it said it would be. Tried calling, busy phone (I'll try again later). Question to you all is: where do they hide this thing? I checked the pack over pretty thoroughly but may still have missed it.

Mine was in the small pouch that hangs inside the main compartment near the top.

Not in either chamber pocket (Reckoning or Guide Lid), not at the bottom of the pack, and not in any of the included accessories I ordered. I'll call them again.

Call them or send them a message through the website. They forgot mine when I got my fulcrum, I contacted them through the website and had them 2 days later no questions asked.
