WTB Rem. 223 bolt gun for kids

Morning Gents,
Just wanted to throw this out there and see. Im looking at putting a 223 bolt gun together here soon as I have a 9 year old now as well as his lil brother coming up behind him. With my 9 year old and soon to be 10..... lord willing will have some opportunities to get him out hunting!
I already have a few bigger calibers for him to hunt with but I want to get them some trigger time on something besides a 22 RF. As well as already having everything to reload 223 its an easy caliber for me to grab in a bolt.
If ya have one collecting dust in the safe let me know. Figured Id start here before heading to the box store to pic one up.

I’ll throw this out there just because this is a fun topic for me. And you may have already gone down this road but I really explored the terminal performance of a 223 on deer and I am just going to reassure you. It is perfectly fine. I surely hope this does not hijack your thread but it’s a fun journey. My kids have been knocking down deer for about four years now with our 223. Furthest shot 335 yds. One shot. 70 grn partition.
