They are on eBay, not cheap. I searched long and hard for one for an 1100 12g, finally bit the bullet and got what I considered a decent priced one on eBay. Try corsons barrels also.

edit to add: for $300 bucks you can probably send your current barrel to a smith and have it shortened and threaded for tubes. That’s pretty much what a eBay one will cost you.
