I had a Moose butchered at Ricks in NL. Many many packages of "BLADE ROAST". I'm not the chef type... so I threw one on the grill.. figured let's try it. I'm not the chef, and I'm certainly not a crock pot guy.
Threw the blade roast on the grill, and it was fine. Perfectly edible in 10 minutes.
The round steaks.. are another story. Those need to be ground up, or given to the dog, but I'm very happy with the blade roast on the grill.
