Ring height selection X-Bolt

Quick question for those of you that can assist with a question. Just purchased an X-Bolt 2 Spoed, .308, with 18” barrel. Mounting a 4-16x50 scope, 34mm tube. Will be shot with and without a suppressor. Planning on going with the Browning scope rings, but not sure if the Meduim or High are appropriate fit.
Any other recommendations for rings are appreciated, just hoping to use the factory taps. Thanks
