Is this advertisement that is bashing the trump administration from Rokslide? Or the Tapatalk app that I use? Not trying to start an political debate, just honestly curious.

Yeah thats Tapatalk, which uses google ads. Google ads taylors the ads based on your browsing history.

Have you tried using the mobile view on rokslide, instead of tapatalk? Not only do the adds on the site actually help fund rokslide but they're for companies that believe in hunting and sometimes offer discounts.
