Billy Cook 'STYLE' roper. I say style, because I can't find any markings, however I've had 2 separate saddle fitters tell me it probably is. Couldn't say for certain & the price reflects that!
Built like a tank, padded 17" seat, but only just padded. Full basketweave skirt, 8" gullet with FQHB. Stored clean & dry on a rack, oiled & conditioned this summer. Leather covered 5" tread roping stirrups (with well turned leathers) Super comfy all day tail saddle for the....ummmm....huskier horse & rider.
This'll fit a big, round shouldered, mutton withered horse, possibly a mule.
It's just too wide & flat for my little Recon.
