I'm back at the beginning. I sprained my wrist last week. Not bad but bad enough that I ain't doing any pushups for a bit! I was up to getting through the whole thing with two breaks. One at about 1:40 and another around 2:40 or so.
Started trying this on 4/25 and I was pretty pitiful but I’ve made progress. I’m truly impressed that some of y’all can get through the whole song!
Once I get to failure I rest for a minute then do planks until failure for the rest of the song. I usually do this to start my workout a couple times per week and on the off days I mix in push-ups but I don’t go to failure.
