Scent Elimination Sprays ok on DWR

Just so I'm clear has there been any testing in regards to what these different scent elimination sprays do to high end gear and their DWR coatings? Also does it affect the breathability of Gore Tex? Just bought new Sitka gear and just wondering. Currently have the Wildlife research gold spray.
