Scope for 6.5 PRC

Picked up a Bergara Ridge 6.5 PRC. Wanted to get opinions on a hunting scope under $800. I have used a 308 and felt comfortable to 400. Been using a Viper HS 4-16. Considering using the same scope but also open to suggestions as this is a new rig. Thanks!

I have a Maven RS.1 on mine and it's been great. New will be above 800 but they popup in the classifieds for around that.

My vote would be either a 3-15x44 leupold VX5HD or a PST Gen II 3-15x44. They are both awesome scopes and should be in your price range. I think the best value out there is the Vortex HS-T 4-16. I have a couple of those and the glass isnt as good as the other two I mentioned, but the turrets are reliable.
I’ll add - the glass on the Leupold HDs are amazing. I have the 3-15x56 on a 6CM coyote gun (Bergara Premier Approach). and a 4-24x52 on 6.5 PRC (Christensen Arms BA Tactical).

If you want to dial much go with one of the following:
3-15 Razor LHT
4-16 Zeiss V4
3-9 SWFA

all can be had at or under $800 and are great lightweight long range capable hunting scopes w solid internals.

This. Can't be beat at this price. Little on the heavy side, but if your an ounce counter, just lose 10 oz of body weight to match the Razor LHT
