Scopes? Long range hunting

Hi guys I am new to this forum. I just bought a Christensen arms traverse 338 lapua. I am now trying to decide on what glass.
I am really interested in the nightforce nx8 4-32 or leupold mark 5 5x25. It will be mostly used for hunting applications but will definitely used for 1000 yard + target shooting. Also I can’t decide between FFP and SFP and info will help. Thanks

I was in the same boat when picking glass for my 28N. I went with a SFP 4-32 NX8 and couldn’t be happier.
