Ultra-Ever Dry is a superhydrophobic (water) and oleophobic (hydrocarbons) coating that will completely repel almost any liquid. Ultra-Ever Dry uses proprietary nanotechnology to coat an object and create a barrier of air on its surface. This barrier repels water, oil and other liquids unlike any coating seen before. The other breakthrough associated with Ultra-Ever Dry is the superior coating adherence and abrasion resistance allowing it to be used in all kinds of applications where durability is required.

the company said the coating loses effectiveness through abrasion, so it will be interesting to see if that translates to hunting use.

That stuff is cool. You wouldn't need to wash your hunting clothes very often. I would be worried about sitting down on a mountain top to glass and sliding right down to the bottom.:)

Amazing product! How BA would it be to be able to coat your clothing, shelters and even your bow with this. I wouldn't want to be the genie pig with my gear, but if it is tried and true I would do it. I'm too poor to have to replace all my stuff if it was ruined by it.
