Most of my hunting involves either deer/big game from a cabin or upland game from a truck. However I am doing a good deal more upland DIY traveling via RV. I am looking for a slipper to wear around the camp/camper. Essentially just to hang out by the fire, walk around camp, cook outside, etc. In a perfect world it would be partly waterproof/weatherproof sole to handle getting a little muddy if its wet and cold out. Temps will be for Oct-Dec weather in midwest. I do understand I'm potentially describing crocs, but call me crazy I just can't do it. also the fact they have holes would make them a non starter here. I would prefer to stay away from open back but open to recommendations

Anyone find a slipper/slip on for those types of environments they really like?

I pack a pair of neoprene dive booties. Use them on stalks, and around camp. They’re waterproof until they’re not. Usually last a season or two. 10-15 bucks to replace when they start leaking from tearing them up. But they still work for stalks and dry camp even torn up. Best option I’ve found yet.
