WTS/WTT Seek Outside Cimarron and Large Standard Stove

I have a standard Seek Outside Cimarron with carbon pole and a Large Standard titanium stove. Tent was used for one, 4 day trip. Stove was burned in and not used in the field. Both are in perfect condition. This is a great tent, I just needed to size up since my daughter is now tagging along too. Held up perfectly to some very heavy rains in the Wind Rivers last summer. Sold

assuming it comes with the stove pipe but I have to ask anyway.
Also does it have a liner (1/2 or whole) , was it factory seem sealed .
