Seek outside grab handle?

Stupid question, but do seek outside backpacks have a grab handle? I'm not seeing one in the photos but I'm also partially blind.

Yes they do. On the breakaway it is what spans the gun rest cut out.

The older ones didn't. That was a Paradox / SO Evolution though. All of the new ones I have seen have a grab handle.
