Seekins Havak Element or Proof Research MTR?

I've been thinking about putting together a lightweight 6.5 Creedmoor and came across these as options that I could pick up instead of waiting on a build.

The rifle is going to be for my father. He's getting older and can't handle the weight of some of his rifles very well anymore. I'm looking for a maximum barrel length of 24", but 22" seems better. The Christensen BA Tactical was an option, but I don't want to go so short as the 16" and don't want a 26".

Ultimately, the rifle will wear a suppressor, so shorter barrels will make it more manageable.

Does anyone have experience with both of these?
