I know every action, barrel, and base will affect which size rings will work with each size scope, but what's the ballpark max objective lens size for these low rings? Could I mount a 44mm scope with these, or a 50mm?

44mm on Seekins low rings = yes, will clear the pic rail and barrel shank. 50mm will not.
