Looking to sell a rebuilt savage 280 ackley that I just haven’t found the time to shoot much. Has less than 50 rounds down it. It has a bell and Carlson stock, shouldered 22” x caliber spiral fluted barrel, and new bottom metal with 2 mags. Looking for $1100 1050 shipped or trade for 12 or 15x Binos (Leupold bx5, meostars, or GPO)

With that stock, that bottom metal and that barrel, I'm gonna guess it's about 7 lbs. even. Maybe a hair more.

You could get that rifle down to 6.5 lbs. with the tupperware stock and Axis style magazine.
