I am going to try to make it. I already booked but want to attend for a couple reasons like meeting some people from here, learning and talking about sheep and just as part of my hunt planning.

Doing both DSC and SCI this year - already booked for Tur and will likely be booking another Sheep or Goat hunt, or at least visiting with those outfitters while there.

I’m thinking I’ll go for a day. Is Saturday the day/night to go if you had to pick one?

I’d think you’d want to be there for the <1 drawing Friday (assuming you haven’t killed a sheep). I’ll be there Thursday and Friday night for that reason, to start meeting outfitters, and so I can make it home Saturday to hunt ducks. Talked to the gals at wsf yesterday and they encouraged signing up for the dinner banquet auction Friday night. Still contemplating that.

Dustin Roe has a booth at DSC. Be sure to look him up while you are there. I'll be there again this year--great show.

I am skipping it and going cous deer hunting instead. I figure I have better shot at arrowing a cous then the one in 2000 chance of the less than one drawing

Sounds like there at least a few folks from here going. Wife and I will be there Thursday night through Sunday, definitely planning to go to the banquets.

I was thinking i'd want to be at the <1 as well but my eligibility ran out this year. So in that case, Saturday banquet probably the best?

Another tip - I always stay at the Atlantis because of the enclosed walkway to the convention center where the show is. A lot of people stay at the Peppermill because of the banquets which is a couple blocks further and on the opposite side of the street from the show and the Atlantis. If you choose to walk from the Peppermill just walk till your across from the Atlantis then there is an overhead enclosed walkway to get across the street. After your in the Atlantis just navigate through the casino to the walkway over to the show.
