Should I seam-seal my Kifaru Dall pack ? ( I am new to large hunting packs and hybrid packs )

I am new to owning large hunting packs and don't know if I should seam-seal my Kifaru Dall pack. It is made partially of water-resistant X-pac material but does have a large front panel that is cordura without an X-pac liner so that part of the pack it not waterproof. Will seam-sealing even matter if the front panel is non-water-resistant cordura ? Does seam-sealing a pack like this offer any benefit ?

All packs leak IMO. I don't think seam sealing will make it 100% water proof.
Just get a good rain cover.

I have a Kelty Cloud 6400 that doesn't but I wouldn't want to stick it next to a stove! It is one of the full Dynema with dynema thread and they seam sealed it at the factory. I talked to the Kelty factory guys once and they said that it would take 2500.00 to reproduce it today.
