Shout out to Cameraland and Leica

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to the folks and Cameraland and Leica. I was having trouble with a pair of Geovid 3200.coms and posted a topic on here asking if anyone else had a similar issue. The folks at Cameraland saw the post and connected me with Leica's education specialist and he was able to resolve my issue. I don't want to go into many details, but I will say that the customer service from both Cameraland and Leica was truly outstanding, especially considering Cameraland didn't even know if I was a customer nor whether these were purchased from them.

Feeling grateful and blessed for a community that is a reminder of the way things used to be everywhere!
